Daniele's specialities have delighted many a palate. Just imagine during the hunting season ... wild boar stew, regional cuisine of an excellent garbure soup, copious duck conserve served with sauteed potatoes with parsley, Baudéan trout sauteed in butter and served with parsley and lemon sauce, home cooked terrines as well as Sunday tarts.
