Gâteau à la Broche
At Momères, small village at the foot of the Pyrénées between Tarbes and Bagnères de Bigorre, Dominique and Françoise continue the traditional family recipe handed down by their grandmother and propose cake cooked on a spit, tarts, sweet fritters, biscuits, pet de nonnes in the winter and fresh, odorant madeleines.

Come and taste their produce at the markets of Vic Bigorre, Tarbes, Bagnères, Campan, Ste Marie de Campan, Lannemezan, La Barthe de Neste. Think of your family parties, anniversaries, christenings, ...
Prepared from natural products with 25% butter, fresh eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla and rum, the cakes were selected by the Institute du Terroir : Qualité Terroir 2001 and appeared on the news on TF1 with Jean-Pierre Pernaud in 2002.

Le Pic Bigourdan guarantees a high quality product.
